Do you deliver to apartment buildings and condos?

Of course! Residents of multi-storey buildings have several choices for delivery, including:

1) Sending us a key to your main building door, which we will safeguard as if it were our own, so that we can leave the delivery by your unit door.

2) Making sure security personnel in your building will allow our delivery person into the building on your designated delivery day.

3) Coordinating with security personnel in your building to receive the order on your behalf. 

You have the opportunity to provide us with specific delivery instructions when signing up.

Condos & Apartments Buildings

Our drivers make every effort to deliver to your unit door.  Please make your concierge aware that you’re expecting a delivery and let us know if there are delivery policies for your building. If we can't reach you via your buzzer or concierge, and we cannot get into your building, our driver will leave your delivery at the building lobby/entrance.  

Houses

We will leave your boxes at your door (front/back/side, whichever is requested). We are doing our best not to touch door handles, so you may find your boxes outside on your covered porch or at your screen door rather than inside it.
