Do I need to be home when you deliver?

No! On your delivery day, we simply leave your box(es) by the door, with security, or in a designated spot We ring your bell and then we're off to the next delivery. Don’t worry, we pack your orders in insulated tote bags with ice packs and/or dry ice so it stays cool and fresh until you get to it. You have the opportunity to provide us with specific delivery instructions in My Account > Delivery and Contact Info > Delivery Information > Delivery Instructions, or when signing up.
