I'm expecting a box today. How come I can't see it on my 'Upcoming Orders' page?

Any items left in your cart will automatically process at 10am the day before delivery. At this time you will no longer be able to make changes to your order and your card will be charged. Any orders that have not yet been processed will appear in the "Upcoming Orders" page within "My Account", but once orders process they will be moved into the "Past Orders" section.
