How often will I receive deliveries?

It’s up to you! Once you’ve signed up you will automatically receive deliveries every week or every other week (you’ll have the option to pick weekly or bi-weekly delivery when you choose a box). You can build a box from scratch whenever you like. You can adjust the frequency of delivery for specific items by going into your cart and clicking on the delivery frequency beside the item (e.g. "One-off" or "weekly", and then selecting the desired frequency).

You can easily put any of our boxes on hold for a single delivery or for a block of time by going to the Delivery Holds section within my account, or by pressing "Hold Delivery" for any order in the "Upcoming Orders" section. You can also cancel anytime.
