Where can I see charges and refunds?

To view an itemized list of all payments and credits on the account, login to My Account > Payment History. For detailed information on the unit price of order items as well as which credits were applied to any specific order, go to My Account > Past Orders and you will see a cost breakdown of each order. To view your account credit balance, go to My Account > Payment > Account Balance. 

For refunds to your credit card, please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your bank statements.
