What is the difference between your fresh bouquets?
Our bouquets are great value and offer a full look for any occasion. We carry three sizes and two colour options. Standard, Deluxe, or Super Deluxe. Neutral tones or coloured.
These hand-tied bouquets are ready to place in water. Just trim the ends and put in your favourite vase. Please note our bouquets do not come with vases.
- How do I keep my bouquet healthy?
To make your fresh bouquet last the longest, make sure to cut the stems as soon as they arrive, and re-cut them every couple of days. Change the water regularly, using room temperature water. - How can I set-up a floral subscription?
Easy! When adding your bouquet to your cart, change the frequency from ‘One-Off’ to the frequency you’d like. If you change your mind, you can remove the bouquet from upcoming orders. - Can I get a custom bouquet?
We do flowers differently: just 3 sizes and 2 colour palettes at a time based on what's in season. At this time we are unable to offer customization. - Why does my bouquet look different than the picture on the website
The images on the website are examples only of size and colour and style. As we are only using flowers grown in Ontario, what's available changes constantly. So while the variety of flowers shown may be different, the style and size will be the same. - What do I do If I’m not home to receive my delivery?
We strongly encourage you to be home during your Fresh City delivery window. For your food and your flowers. If you feel you won’t have someone home during your delivery window please let us know and we’ll try and make other arrangements, especially if the weather is particularly hot or cold as flowers don’t like extreme temperatures. - My flowers arrived damaged, what should I do?
Flowers are oh-so delicate. We always try to ensure they arrive undamaged and as fresh as possible. However, things can happen and when they do we’ll fix it for you. Please take a picture of the issue right away and contact customer service and we will look after you, not to worry. -
How will my flowers arrive?
Your fresh floral, hand-tied bouquet will come wrapped in kraft paper and hydrated in Stay-Fresh eco-responsible packaging. It will then be packed with care into a Fresh City box and delivered to your door. All packaging is recyclable and no flower foam is used.
If you’ve ordered a dried bouquet, they will arrive much the same but without the hydration.

I’ve heard some flowers are toxic to animals, is this true?
Yes, this is true. And some of the flowers you will be receiving will not be great for your pets should they ingest them. If you have pets, please ensure that bouquets that include lilies, daffodils, peonies, hydrangeas or chrysanthemums are kept out of their reach. If your pet ingests any of these blooms, call your veterinarian immediately.
